About the role
If you love service and are looking to join one of Stockholm’s fastest growing startups, this is your opportunity. Our brilliant team of Customer Relations Specialists works with inquires from around the world on a daily basis. We are searching for a part-time employee to support the team for 10-15 hours a week, on both weekdays and weekends.
At Aarke we provide excellent high-level support through digital channels and email. We assist our customers from their initial question through to the issue’s solution, meaning you will communicate along the way with partners such as distributors, warehouses and freight carriers.
- Customer support: Answer inquiries from Zendesk and Amazon
- Community management: Assist with follow up on posts and questions on social media channels
- Shipping: Coordinate deliveries to customers all around the world
- Business development: Develop the customer relations processes in the best way
Who are you?
We believe that you are a true service expert, meaning that you gain energy and motivation from interacting with our customers. The perfect fit for this role is a problem solver, efficient, and has a technical interest. Since we support our customers via text you have strong written communication skills.
This position requires approximately 10 hours per week split up on weekends and during the week. Our requirements are that you love service and are a fantastic communicator in both German and English.

This position will ideally be based at our office in Stockholm, Skanstull, but remote work can be discussed. This is a part-time position with a fixed 6-month contract with an opportunity for extension. Start date is as soon as possible.
