Aarke supports customers all over the world and our mission is to give world class service. A lot of our customers are German speaking and as a part of our high quality service we are now looking for a new German speaking colleague.
We are open for this role to be full time or part time.

- Answer customer and retailer inquiries through Zendesk and Amazon
- Manage our community on Social Media by answering to comments and messages
- Monitor and manage reviews on Trustpilot, aarke.com and similar sites
- Coordinate deliveries to customers all around the world
- Answer technical questions and provide troubleshooting support for all our products
- Stay up to date with new product releases
- Compile and share customer insights with the whole organisation
- Develop the customer relations processes together with the existing team so we can provide world-class service
WHO ARE YOU?
We believe that you are a true service expert, meaning that you gain energy and motivation when interacting with our customers. We believe that to be successful in this role at Aarke you need to be a problem solver, efficient and have a technical interest. Since we support our customers through written communication you feel comfortable and have the ability to communicate through writing.
For this position we require some experience working with service, however experience from a similar customer relations role is meritorious. For this position we will focus on your personal characteristics and your service mindset.
Experience in Zendesk is not a requirement, but a big plus.
Since you will be in contact with both German and English speaking customers you need to be fluent in writing and speaking both languages.
