We believe that a robust IT infrastructure is the key to fulfilling our true growth potential. 

We are currently looking for a candidate with both technical skills and a strong sense of how to build an IT infrastructure best suited to continued growth. You would be the first employee to specifically work with our internal IT system, meaning you will be an essential player within Aarke in close collaboration with many internal stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities

Be the owner of our ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. 

You create an understanding, manage, prioritise, and secure integration with other internal systems, including returns handling, logistics (WMS), e-commerce platform, payment supplier, marketplace etc.  

You will be responsible for budgets as well as oversee costs and time plans.

You will be our primary contact for additional development as well as ordering, testing and approving such developments. 

You are attentive to issues that may arise and can solve them on time.  

Lead the (tech) way forward. 

You take a holistic view of the company’s IT needs. Proactively you strategise around ERP, software/SaaS and integration to enable Aarke’s continued growth. 

You weigh the pros and cons of a wide or narrow selection of software/SaaS with productivity and cost-efficiency.  

Be our spider in the IT web.

You help the organisation succeed with the tools we have. You guide or organise relevant training and continuously support colleagues to acquire the skills needed to succeed in their roles. 

You assess internal IT challenges and propose solutions, may it be through existing applications, new applications, or new development. 

 

Experience

As our ERP/IT manager, you would be the voice of our systems and how compatible they are. You have an in-depth technical understanding and are skilled in communicating IT in clear terms to the rest of the organisation.

You are responsible for discussing how our internal systems can make us more efficient and profitable. This is a significant task requiring strong characteristics to make it happen. 

You are ambitious, dedicated and a skilled communicator. You value close collaboration and build successful work relationships. 

You have a natural skill set for IT and several years of professional experience with Software/SaaS, applications/systems. Their integration comes naturally to you. 

You are currently an IT consultant, ERP manager or any other type of data wizard or IT guru.  

It is not required but beneficial that you know Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Although not required, you hold an IT/system engineering degree or similar.   

You understand that Aarke is on an exciting growth journey. We believe the right candidate has the potential to grow with the company and grow their responsibilities over time. 

We strongly believe our next ERP and IT manager will play a central role in Aarke’s continued success. 

While your stakeholders will be throughout the company, you report to Aarke’s CFO Jonas Halldén.

This is a permanent and full-time position starting as soon as our final candidate is available. 

Aarke has grown fast during the past year, now that Covid allows us we value working from the office. We have a beautiful workspace by the water in Skanstull, Stockholm.
