• Managing forecasts together with the logistics specialist.
• Communicating with retailers and their 3PL regarding scheduled deliveries.
• Assisting with prioritizing outbound deliveries from storage to retailers.

Who are you?
We are a fast-growing company with an entrepreneurial culture, where people work hard and where we entrust important responsibilities to our employees. We aim for every member of the team to feel motivated and dedicated.
We strive to have employees that both value and contribute to collaborative efforts. Problem solving is a highly valued mindset. You communicate well and have a good sense of structure and planning in your work. The Aarke internal language is English, and in this role, you will be expected to communicate in English both in writing and speaking daily.
You have a few (1-2) years of experience in a similar role and might have studied logistics or supply chain management. You are looking to join a company where your knowledge will be highly valued and developed. Experience from working with Amazon is a great bonus however not a requirement.
This role will require you to work in systems such as Business Central / Navision, Smart Sheet, and freight forwarder portals. Experience in these IT platforms is a plus, but not a requirement.
As the company grows, it is of the utmost importance for us to build a strong sense of community and culture. With this in mind, we will value both your personal characteristics as well as your professional experience.
This will initially be a cover for a maternity leave starting in March until end of September, but since Aarke is a growing business, the employment could be prolonged or turned into an ongoing position, however this is not something we can guarantee at this point.
We work in a hybrid solution, allowing our colleagues to work two days per week from home. The other three days can be spent at our beautiful office in Skanstull, Stockholm.
At Aarke, we do not discriminate based on gender, race, sexual orientation, creed, or background. Constant change, learning, and evolution are core tenets of our brand mission and are equally relevant when it comes to diversity and social awareness.
