Aarke is now looking to add a Purchase and Planner specialist for a permanent recruitment.

About the role
Our demand and operations team today support the organization with forecasting, demand planning, contact with our production sites as well as make sure our products are available in storages and stores around the world. The team today consists of one Logistics specialist, Logistic coordinator, Supply chain coordinator and a Supply chain manager. The team manages all production as well as all inbound and outbound logistics worldwide.
It’s a small team about to grow and add new team members. You as our potential new Purchase and Planner specialist will be an important addition to the Operations team as well as Aarke team.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Responsible for demand planning and forecasting with input from our Sales Department
- Responsible for purchasing to our different suppliers and order management
- Point of contact towards our production sites
- Set up relevant KPIs and responsible for measuring these KPIs
- Plan and initiate prognosis and purchase meetings together with stakeholders
- Managing purchase budgets and cost follow up together with the operations manager
- Managing and optimize logistics costs and stock levels together with the operations manager
Other areas to assist:
- Sales order administration
- Book and schedule transports for inbound and outbound
- Invoices follow up

This role will require you to work in systems such as Business Central / Navision, Smart sheet, excel amongst others. Experience in these IT platforms is a plus, but not a requirement.

This is a permanent position with start as soon as possible. Here at Aarke we work in a hybrid solution, allowing our colleagues to work two days per week from home. The other three days can be spent at our beautiful office in Skanstull, Stockholm.
Due to summer, the response time will be a bit longer than usual. However our ambition is to have this role filled sometime in august.
