Our recruitment process
Recruitment is an important step in our employee journey—our first time meeting with potential future employees and colleagues.
Throughout the process we always aim to communicate transparently with our candidates. We aim to build trust early on in our hopefully long relationship.
Here at Aarke we are working to build an organization with great individuals and strong, collaborative teams. With that in mind, one interview will be more related to your personal characteristics and passions, while a second interview will focus more on your professional experiences and abilities.
Along the course of the recruitment process, we typically administer personality and logical tests to ensure a good fit. We use Master Swedens test.
A thorough completion of our recruitment process is of this utmost important to us—we always take the time that we feel is necessary to find the best person for the position at hand, while also moving along in a timely manner.
Aarke strives to be a modern employer, fostering an environment where our employees grow both as individuals and teammates, and in their knowledge and experience. We value and uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion in our recruitment process and company culture as a whole.
For additional questions about our recruitment process, please contact our Talent Acquisition Manager, Olivia Bergström.
