We are now looking for a Marketplace Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team, where you will own and develop Aarke’s marketplace performance, with Amazon as the primary channel. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing and increasingly important commercial channel.
The Role
As a Marketplace Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own and develop Aarke’s marketplace performance by driving profitable growth, strong brand execution and operational excellence across marketplaces, with Amazon as the primary channel.
Marketplaces are an important channel for Aarke’s growth in revenue and profitability. We are active on both Amazon Vendor and Seller, depending on market. Today, we operate across EU, UK and the US, with clear potential to expand into additional markets and marketplaces over time.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace performance & commercial ownership
You will own day-to-day marketing performance across Aarke’s marketplaces, primarily Amazon (US, EU and UK). You will drive revenue growth while protecting contribution margin and long-term profitability, translating commercial priorities into clear marketing execution plans.
Marketplace advertising & demand generation
You will own paid marketplace media across Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and, where applicable, Amazon DSP. You will manage budgets, bids and campaign structures with a strong focus on ACOS, TACOS and overall profitability. This includes defining keyword, ASIN and audience strategies across the full funnel, as well as continuously testing creatives, formats, placements and targeting approaches.
Content, conversion & brand execution
You will support marketplace content performance, including PDP optimization (titles, bullets, imagery and A+ content) and Brand Store structure and storytelling. You will ensure a premium and consistent brand presentation aligned with Aarke’s design standards and positioning.
Launches, campaigns & key events
You will be responsible for marketing execution for product launches and seasonal campaigns, as well as planning and execution for key Amazon events and promotional periods. You will coordinate cross-functionally to ensure retail readiness ahead of major commercial moments.
Data, reporting & insights
You will own marketplace marketing performance reporting and insights, analyzing sales, traffic, conversion, advertising efficiency and profitability. Using marketplace tools and data, you will identify growth opportunities, risks and competitive gaps, and provide clear recommendations to improve scale, efficiency and contribution margin.
Cross-functional collaboration
You will work closely with internal teams across E-commerce (pricing, launches and onsite alignment), Performance Marketing (media strategy alignment), Creative (content and storytelling), Operations & Supply Chain (availability and forecasting), and Finance (margin, cost control and profitability).
Qualifications & Skills
Experience working with Amazon as a core sales channel (brand or agency).
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display), including planning, execution and optimization of large monthly budgets.
Proven ability to manage high media spend with clear profitability accountability (ACOS, TACOS and contribution margin).
Experience working in Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear commercial actions.
Experience using Amazon analytics tools (Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Retail Analytics) and preferably external tools.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with E-commerce, Creative, Performance, Operations and Finance.
Structured, proactive and ownership-driven way of working.
Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
