Performance Marketing Coordinator
About Aarke
Aarke is a Swedish design company redefining everyday kitchen appliances through premium materials, engineering, and timeless design. Founded in 2013, we are on a mission to re(de)fine the home appliances industry — combining Scandinavian design, exceptional quality, and top-tier materials in a category often overlooked by the design community.
Our flagship product, the Aarke Carbonator, has earned a devoted global following with customers in more than 30 countries. As we continue to scale internationally and expand into new product categories, we are looking for sharp, hands-on people to grow with us.
The Position
As Performance Marketing Coordinator, you play a central operational role within Aarke's digital marketing team. This is a hands-on execution role —you are responsible for running and continuously improving our paid media presence across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, programmatic channels, affiliate and beyond.
You work closely with colleagues across performance, brand, and online, as well as in-house creative and content teams, to ensure the right assets and messaging are live on the right channels at all times. Through a structured test-and-learn approach, you drive improvements both globally and market by market.
This is not a strategic advisory role. We want someone who gets things done — spots what needs fixing, flags it, and sorts it.
Your main responsibilities
Campaign Operations & Execution
Set up, monitor, and launch paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube), Pinterest, TikTok, and programmatic channels (DSPs / display)
Explore and flag emerging and alternative channels that could represent new growth opportunities for Aarke
Upload creatives, copy, and landing page URLs accurately and in line with each platform's specifications and best practices
Maintain rigorous campaign naming conventions, UTM tracking structures, and account hygiene across all platforms
Conduct regular QA checks to ensure ads are running correctly, tracking is firing, and nothing is leaking budget
Content & Copy Alignment
Serve as the operational link between performance marketing and in-house creative and content production
Write clear, platform-specific creative briefs for static images, videos, carousels, and short-form content, tailored to the format, audience, and objectives of each channel
Keep a healthy pipeline of fresh, tested creatives ready to go live, avoiding creative fatigue and coverage gaps
Review incoming assets against briefs and provide structured feedback before trafficking
Work closely with copywriters and creatives to ensure ad copy is suited to each channel, audience, and funnel stage
Partner Project Support
Support projects with platform partners (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, programmatic vendors) to test new ad products, beta features, and strategies
Handle the operational coordination of partner projects, including asset delivery, campaign setup, timelines, and performance tracking
Flag relevant partner programs, beta opportunities, or new platform features for the Performance Marketing Manager to evaluate
Who are you?
You combine analytical accuracy with a hands-on builder mindset. You are comfortable moving between data, tools and execution, and you care about impact, not just insights. You are at home inside the platforms on a daily basis, with a sharp eye for clean execution and account structure. You know how to brief creative effectively and give useful feedback before assets go live, and you take a structured approach to testing, geo-adaptation, and turning data into clear next steps.
You collaborate naturally across teams and bring energy to the work without needing to own the spotlight.
Your qualifications include:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in both paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and SEM (Google Search, Shopping, PMax), preferably within e-commerce.
Comfortable working inside the platforms daily, with a sharp eye for clean execution and account structure
Knows how to brief creative effectively and give useful feedback before assets go live
Structured approach to testing, geo-adaptation, and turning data into clear next steps
Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel / Conversions API, and UTM tracking
Organised, collaborative, and good at keeping things moving
Experience with workflow automation tools — Make, Zapier, n8n, or equivalent is a big advantage.
Why Aarke?
At Aarke you get to work with consumer products that people genuinely love — and contribute to building the paid media engine that helps us grow globally. We are a small, hands-on team where your work has real impact and visibility.
We offer a collaborative environment, strong learning opportunities, and the chance to grow within a fast-scaling international company. Our headquarters is in central Stockholm, Vasastan.
